— FAQs

Answers, before you ask.

How much notice do you need? +

For most routes across the Bahamas and Caribbean, we can dispatch within four hours. Complex international itineraries are best given 24–48 hours.

What does a charter cost? +

Pricing is per aircraft, per leg — not per seat. We provide a firm quote once we understand the routing, dates and guest count.

How many passengers? +

The King Air B200 seats up to eight guests; the Piper Aztec up to five. Child seats and baggage handling are included.

Do you fly at night? +

Yes. Our captains are IFR and night-current, and our fleet is equipped for full IMC and night operations.

Do you carry pets? +

Absolutely — pets travel in the cabin, not the hold. Please let us know at the time of booking.

What about weather? +

We plan conservatively and communicate honestly. If weather warrants a delay or diversion, we will tell you before you leave home.

How is payment handled? +

Wire transfer or approved corporate account. A dedicated point of contact is assigned to your account for recurring travel.

Do you offer empty-leg pricing? +

Yes — repositioning legs are offered to our client list at a private-owner rate. Ask to be added.
